Solution Summit Starts this week!

Hi Families!

We hope you're all doing well. Below are the schedules for this week and an overview of what's happening in our classes.

1. Schedules:

• Attached are the pod schedules for this week. You can also view the schedule here.

• Schedule Week 22

• Please note the altered schedule due to the Solution Summit

2. Optional 1:1 Student Support Fridays:

• Due to an altered Friday schedule for the Solution Summit, we will not have Friday 1:1 time this week.

• There is some Math/ Science tutoring time throughout the week, though. See schedule.

3. What's happening in class:

Math/Science -

• Math: We switched course last week and studied stock shorting because of what happened with GameStop. Students had the opportunity to short two stocks. This week we will do more review because of the Solution Summit schedule.

• [Computer] Science: Students have created animations with movement and text. We will continue to learn about conditional statements.

Humanities -

• Solution Summit Week! Students will meet with their coalitions each day this week instead of as a Humanities class

• Solution Summit Project Overview

Art -

• Collecting Fabrics (Art Project)

• 2/16 - 2/29 - Solution Summit Week (class schedules will be altered to accommodate coalition meetings)
